Hatha Yoga

Your ultimate morning reset.  This energising flow awakens the body with dynamic sequences, pranayama breathwork, gentle breathwork and an acitivated yoga flow to unlock all the tension in the body, before softening into deep stillness and clear intention setting.  This class boosts circulation, uplifts your mood, and you will walk out awake, clear, focused, alive, and aligned for the day ahead.

Yoga Warrior

Strong, empowering, and dynamic. A dynamic fusion of traditional yoga asana and light resistance training. Designed to build strength, stability, mobility and stamina by adding hand held weights to familiar poses. All the while staying connected to self, breath and mindful movement. Vinyasa Flow

A creative breath-led, flowing practice that links movement and breath in a seamless sequenece, often inducing a state of flow, where the mind quiets, overthinking fades, and you become fully present in your body.  Coordinated breath enhances introception, increases oxygen to the brain, and modulates neural activity, reducing mental chatter and sharpening focus.  Physically, it engages muscles, improves lymphatic circulation, keeps joints safe and fluid, and releases tension.  Energising yet adaptable, Vinyasa Flow is a moving meditation, leaving you grounded, energised, and deeply aware from the inside out.

Deep Yin

This is your time to completely let go.  In restorative yoga, we use props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support the body, allowing you to sink into stillness and soften into deep rest. Each posture is held for several minutes, inviting your muscles to release, your breath to slow, and your nervous system to unwind.  It’s less about doing and more about simply being.

Inversion Practice

Cassandras inversion classes are safe, supported, and prop assisted.  They are deeply transformative and empowering.  Inversions are immensely beneficial for our lymphatic systems, our circulatory health, as well as a smorgasbord of other benefits.  In addition, they just feel amazing, and to achieve hard things in a support circle of great humans is a neuro therapeutic self gift!

The Mini Melt Meditation

A new pop up class for the ultimate reset. You can come in the your work clothes! It is a 30 minute session designed to take you from burn out to inner peace. This class has a very gentle movement to unlock stress stored in the body, pranayama breathing, yoga nidra, relaxing propped up poses for the ultimate relaxation, sound healing and meditation.
