From birth, Jasmine has carried a deep connection to the realms between heaven and earth. Stepping onto the yoga mat awakened this remembrance even more, opening a portal to the Divine where she felt at home in the unseen. As a bhakti-inspired teacher, Jasmine shares yoga as a path of devotion, inner peace, and deep remembrance.
Passionate about women’s health, the womb, and feminine wellness, her classes weave together soulful movement, breath, and cosmic energy; guiding students to connect with their essence and experience yoga as something far beyond the physical practice.
Breathwork has been a powerful modality of healing for Jasmine and she is in deep honour to offer breathwork therapy sessions if you're feeling lost, overwhlemed and being called to release what no longer is serving you. These sessions are a powerful healing modality and transformational therapy.
Jasmine aims to hold a deep peaceful and nourishing container allowing you to rest, recharge and clarity.
Jasmine is the founder of The Recharge Yoga and Wellness Studio and envisions a new earth way; working with energy and frequencies. She is filled with gratitude by you walking through these doors and wants you to feel all the LOVE the space has to offer you.
Cassandra has been supporting communities and individuals in their yoga journey for over a decade. She practices yoga as lifestyle medicine and somatic work and this pedagogy sets the tone for all lessons regardless of genre, flowing in warmth and joy.
Cassandras inversion classes are safe, supported, and prop assisted. They are deeply transformative and empowering. Inversions are immensely beneficial for our lymphatic systems, our circulatory health, as well as a smorgasbord of other benefits. In addition, they just feel amazing, and to achieve hard things in a support circle of great humans is a neurotherapeutic self gift!
Cassandra also teaches all Yoga modalities, plus Zumba (yes, let’s dance!) and Somatic work.
Somatic classes are therapeutic, powerful, intuitive practices, and support deep release and restoration to homeostasis. Classes feel a little like a vinyasa flow with weaves of scientific breath work, pressure work, and self autonomous liberation throughout! The most beautiful gifts ready to be received within your own body every week.
Lucy is a mum of 3 and long time yogi practitioner. She is passionate about supporting women’s health as we age. Lucy believes that a blend of yoga or mobility work alongside strength training is essential to staying mobile, strong, and active through every stage of life.
One quote that continues to inspire her is:
“Live today how you’d like to feel in 10 years.”
With this in mind, she brings together her love of yoga and resistance training to create mindful movement practices that nurtures both body and mind, through traditional Hatha flow and weighted yoga. Lucy aims to help you feel grounded, resilient, and empowered in your own body.
Jessica's personal yoga journey began 10 years ago when she was feeling truly lost and exhausted. It became the gateway to everything she does today.
As a mum and carer to her son with special needs, she's learned that every time she is pulled to the mat, she can surrender and find exactly what she needs.
With certifications in Yin Yoga, Women's Health Yoga, and Mental Health Awareness Yoga, Jessica is passionate about creating a safe community where others feel heard and supported, especially those going through burnout.
Louise’s journey to becoming a yoga teacher began in 2017. From the first class, she loved how yoga could guide us back to the present moment, helping us become our best version of ourselves.
Louise studied with My health yoga from 2017 to achieve my level one in 2019. She went on to study level two yoga teacher training, Reiki and sound healing, Hatha, yin, meditation, beginners yoga and prenatal and postnatal certification.
She has taught at various studios and events including teaching to businesses such as offices and local festivals, plus use to run her own studio from home.
Yoga is the place she comes back to day in and day out. The love she has for teaching and sharing this beautiful space within our bodies, is the place she hope to guide you to within every practice we share together.
