⚚ What is Breathwork? ⚚


Our breath is connected to our life force!


From the moment we enter this world until the moment we leave it, the breath is the one constant that remains with us. It sustains us every moment of every day, yet most of us never discover the profound wisdom held within it.
Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses conscious, connected breathing to create shifts within the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
Through intentional breathing patterns, we move beyond the busy analytical mind and into a deeper relationship with ourselves. The breath becomes a bridge between the conscious and subconscious, allowing us to access emotions, memories, insights, wisdom, and parts of ourselves that may have been waiting to be seen, felt, and understood.
This work draws inspiration from Holotropic Breathwork and conscious connected breathing practices that have been used around the world for decades to support emotional healing, self-discovery, expanded awareness, and nervous system regulation.
As our breathing changes, changes also occur within the nervous system and brain. Many people experience a shift away from everyday thinking and into a state that feels more intuitive, creative, reflective, and deeply connected.
People often describe experiencing emotional release, heightened awareness, vivid imagery, creativity, personal insight, spiritual connection, and profound peace.
Every journey is unique.
Some people experience physical sensations throughout the body. Others reconnect with emotions they have been carrying. Some gain clarity around relationships, life direction, purpose, or challenges they are navigating.
Many people also describe experiencing a profound connection to something greater than themselves. This may be experienced as intuition, higher self, universal consciousness, spirit, guides, or loved ones who have passed. Each person’s experience is deeply personal and honoured without expectation or interpretation.
The breath has an incredible ability to help us reconnect with our own inner wisdom.


⚚ What to Expect ⚚

Before our session, you will complete a short intake form so I can better understand your intentions and create the safest and most supportive experience possible for you.

Each journey begins with grounding, connection, and intention setting.
Together we will explore what has called you to breathwork and what intention you would like to bring into the session.
Your intention creates a foundation for the journey ahead. Sometimes the breath takes us exactly where we expected to go. Sometimes it reveals something entirely different that is ready to be seen, understood, or released.
Both are perfect.
From there, we breathe.
I intuitively guide the breath, incorporate sound and hold loving energetic space for whatever is ready to unfold.
As your breath deepens, you may begin to access emotions, memories, insights, sensations, or deeper layers of yourself that are ready to be acknowledged and integrated.
My approach is gentle, spirit guided, and trauma-aware.
I do not believe healing requires force. I work with your energy field to clear, cleanse and bring love to the places that feel heavy, and offer your tears to flow to cleanse the pain; because that’s what is underneath it all - let’s get there!!!
Rather than pushing the nervous system into overwhelm, or your brain into states where no clarity can enter, we create a safe environment where the body can naturally release what it is ready to release and a container for you to process what arrises for you.


⚚ Energy Healing & Intuitive Guidance ⚚

Alongside the breath, I work intuitively with energy.

I have unlocked a gift to SEE and deeply KNOW that energy is flowing, transferring and being absorbed in your field at all times. Here I support the flow of your energy and assist it to flow through your field, releasing the stuck negative energy out whilst holding a strong loving presence to protect and heal the heart.
Through grounded presence, intuitive guidance, and energetic support, I hold a loving space for whatever wishes to emerge.
My role is to create a safe and supportive space where your own healing intelligence can emerge.
A space where you can reconnect with yourself, your heart, your intuition, and the wisdom that is ready to reclaimed for your journey here on earth.


⚚ The Journey Beyond the Breath ⚚

As the active breathing phase softens, many people enter a deeply peaceful and expanded state of awareness.
This is often where profound insights arise.
People commonly report experiencing a connection to their higher self, receiving intuitive guidance, gaining clarity around life situations, feeling overwhelming love and peace, or reconnecting with parts of themselves they had forgotten.
It is also common for people to feel the presence of loved ones who have passed, receiving comfort, messages, reassurance, or a sense of continued connection.
Some people receive answers.
Some receive healing.
Some simply experience an incredible sense of peace.
Every experience is unique.
The breath will take you exactly where you need to go.


⚚ Integration ⚚

The journey does not end when the breathing stops.
Often the most profound shifts occur in the hours, days, and weeks following a session as your body, mind, heart, and spirit begin to integrate what has been experienced.
This is why integration is just as important as the breath itself.
At the end of your session, we allow space for grounding, reflection, and discussion. You will receive guidance and simple practices to support the integration process and help bring the wisdom of your experience into everyday life.
Healing is not about chasing peak experiences.
It is about creating lasting change, deeper self-awareness, and a more connected relationship with yourself.
The breath opens the door.
Integration is where the transformation takes root.


⚚ About Me ⚚

I seem to have a fascination with how we operate as human beings. I completed a Bachelor of Education because I was intrigued by how the BRAIN learns, processes information, and makes meaning of the world.

Every qualification I have completed has been linked to understanding the human experience more deeply.

I’ve always been fascinated by people, communities, behaviour, perception, and why we do what we do.

When I entered this world, I couldn’t breathe. For the first 14 days of my life, I remained in intensive care and wasn’t held by my parents, or any other human, until the fourteenth day being earthside. During that time, my parents were repeatedly called to the hospital and told that I was about to leave. I have always felt there was something significant about this experience. I spent my first two weeks moving between life and death, and I know this shaped the way I experience the world today.

Since I was a child, I have felt deeply connected to the spiritual side of life. I was fortunate to grow up around counselling, personal development, and spiritual conversations from a young age. Looking for signs, trusting intuition, and sensing what couldn’t always be explained was simply normal to me. This wasn’t something I found later in life.

It has always been part of who I am.

Throughout my life I have experienced strong intuitive knowings and predictions that later came to pass. I have learnt to trust that part of myself. It continues to guide me both personally and professionally.

I also have been blessed to feel UNCONDITIONAL LOVE from my Nan and her brothers who were a HUGE PART of my life here. This energetic exchange has been a catalyst in how I operate here on earth.

For the past decade, my focus has been on the BODY. Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, nervous system regulation, and embodied practices, I have explored what happens when we move out of the thinking mind and back into the wisdom of the body. More recently, I have felt a deep shift in my work. Alongside the breath, I have become increasingly aware of energy, and what feels like an ability to support the clearing, movement, and transformation of energy within the body. This is the work I feel most called to right now.

Overall, I have been extensively studying and embodying work linked to the brain, body, heart and the energy!

I don’t believe my path is finished. It continues to evolve. But today, I know I am exactly where I am meant to be. I invite you to come experience breathwork with me.

Location: Victoria Point. Private location near Thompson’s Beach.
Duration: Approximately 90 minutes
Investment: $88
Booking Deposit: $25 non-refundable deposit required to secure your session.
The remaining balance is payable on arrival.


Once booked, you will receive a short intake form and the location details for your session.


All that is required is an open mind, an open heart, and a willingness to breathe



 
 


☾ All sessions are guided by Jasmine in a private healing room. Each session goes for 90 MINUTES, this includes time afterwards to relax in the integration space to land back into the body and gently process your session.
