I’ve always been someone who can feel beneath the surface.

I notice what isn’t being said.  I pick up on energy, emotion, patterns and the subtle things happening between people.  I’ve always had a strong intuitive and psychic sense, and over the years I’ve learned to trust it rather than explain it away.

But my work isn’t about being someone who has all the answers.

It’s about helping women come back to their own.

My path has taken me through yoga, breathwork, women’s circles, meditation, personal development, spirituality and deep self exploration.  I’ve spent years learning about the human experience, holding space for women, facilitating circles and exploring the relationship between the body, mind, emotions and something deeper within us.

And I’ve lived it too.

I know what it feels like to lose yourself in motherhood, relationships, expectations and the constant noise of life.  I know what it feels like to question who you are, to outgrow old versions of yourself, and to realise that the life you’ve created no longer feels like the life you actually want.

I’ve had my own seasons of rebuilding.

They’ve taught me that transformation isn’t about becoming someone completely different.

It’s about remembering who you were underneath everything you were taught to be.

That is the space I love creating for women.

A space to slow down.
To breathe.
To feel.
To move.
To be witnessed.
To explore what is actually true for you.

Through yoga, breathwork, intuitive work, women’s circles and transformational experiences, I bring together the grounded and the spiritual.  The body and the mind.  The practical and the unseen.

I believe there is something incredibly powerful about a woman learning to trust herself again.

Not because someone else told her who she should become.

But because she finally learned how to listen inwardly.

My work is deeply intuitive, but it is also grounded in real life.  I’m a mother, a woman, a learner, a business creator and someone who is constantly evolving.  I don’t believe we ever arrive at some perfect, finished version of ourselves.

We become.

Again and again.

And perhaps that is the greatest thing I can offer you.

Not a formula.

Not a perfect version of womanhood.

Just a space where you can come back to yourself, hear your own inner voice, and begin creating a life that actually feels like yours.

This is The Recharge.

A place to reconnect with your energy, your body, your intuition, your truth and the woman you are becoming.
