The Recharge was born from a dream that had been quietly glowing for over a decade, a vision of creating a sacred space where community, wellness, and spirit meet. The Recharge Yoga and Wellness Studio is more than a yoga studio…..

The studio is a wellness sanctuary; A space where body, mind, spirit and community meet

Yoga is ancient. It has always been more than just movement on the mat; it has been a lifeline, a sanctuary, and a doorway into something greater. In moments of overwhelm, yoga can become the anchor that keeps the heart steady and the spirit open.

This studio is not just a place to practice. It is a homecoming. A home for connection, for healing, for remembering who we are beneath the noise of the world. It is a space where you can lay down the weight you carry, breathe deeply again, and be reminded of your own light.

Here yoga flows alongside wellness talks, sacred circles breathwork, and a whole range of wellness and healing practises. This is a hub of wellness practitioners that weave a tapestry of healing pracitses that support yu on every layer of your journey.

The dream of The Recharge found its perfect moment and place, a little cottage transformed into a wellness sanctuary. Here, every detail has been created with love, so that when you walk through the doors, you feel you can let go, to land, and to rediscover your light within you that is always burning.
